Eat Yourself Young
Avocado- We love avocados, and love guacamole even more. The best part, they are full of Vitamin C & E and is perfect for elasticity of your skin which helps to slow down the aging process. It is also loaded with mono-saturated fat and Omega-3 fatty acid.
Green Tea- Green tea is dubbed much better for the skin than water. It is a natural remedy for acne and is very rich in antioxidants. If you are looking for a healthier alternative to coffee, then green tea is an excellent choice.
Oily Fish- Mackerel, salmon, sardines and fresh tuna are the fish you are looking for. These are healthy because they have a lot of omega-3 oils which are good for the skin. Omega-3 helps in the skin's elasticity and unclogs the pores.
Tomatoes- For cancer prevention and for maintaining good skin. They are a great source of lycopene which
is a natural ingredient for beautiful, healthy and youthful skin.
Walnuts- Not only are they perfect ingredients to your favorite brownies and pastries, they also help improve the smoothness of your skin because it is rich in omega-3 fatty acids.
