Nuts- Nuts are rich in antioxidants and also boost memory! They are also great for your heart, when eaten as a part of a balanced diet, as they lower cholesterol!
Tomatoes- They're light and summery so can be added to just about any dish! They are also high in Vitamin C so give your immune system a healthy boost!
Fatty Fish- Like salmon and mackerel. The omega-3's also boost mental health and have been shown to reduce the risks of cancer!
Blueberries- Blueberries are packed full of healthy antioxidants and can even fight urinary tract infections! For people sensitive to aspirin, it is sometimes even prescribed to relieve abdominal cramping and other annoyances.
Spinach- Spinach is not only delicious as a salad, but did you know that it lowers blood pressure? It's true!
It's also high in Vitamin K which is crucial for bone development!
